As a mental health nurse in the UK, I have witnessed a troubling trend: the demand for mental health services is surging, yet the resources to meet this need are dwindling. Patients often face long waiting lists, and the criteria to access specialists seem to be tightening. This growing disparity leaves many individuals without the help they urgently require. At Joint Mental Health Teaching, we aim to change this narrative. We strive to share the invaluable expertise of skilled practitioners with a broader audience, ensuring that essential knowledge and support reach those who need it most. By connecting individuals with experts, we hope to empower them on their mental health journeys and ultimately create a more accessible and informed community. Together, we can work towards closing this critical gap in mental health care.

Real Professionals, Real Registrations
NMC- All nurse will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery council (NMC) and will provide their active registrations details upon booking
GMC- All Doctors will be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and will provide their active registration details upon booking
HCPC- other allied health care professions with a professional registration such as, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Psychotherapists will have an active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
